$16 to $25 per hour | 3+ days a week, 8am to 3pm. No late nights.
Locals Only is a breakfast and lunch restaurant on Alexander Street in Rochester, open daily 8am to 3pm with full coffee and cocktail service. Our mission: we provide world-class delighted guest experiences for our guests through food, beverage, art, and meaningful human connection.
Cook breakfast and lunch on a fast, clean line. You own your station from prep through close.
What you will do
- Prep and cook menu items to recipe and spec
- Run your station through the breakfast and lunch rush
- Follow open and close procedures
- Hold health safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
- Track waste and keep portions consistent
- Bring ideas to our quarterly seasonal menu
What we are looking for
- Line cook experience in a scratch kitchen
- At least 2 years of experience in the role
- Availability at least 3 days per week, 8am to 3pm
- Weekend availability
- Reliable, positive, and steady under a busy rush
Pay and perks
- $16 to $25 per hour
- No late nights. Every shift ends by mid-afternoon
