Locals Only is a breakfast and lunch restaurant on Alexander Street in Rochester, open daily 8am to 3pm with full coffee and cocktail service. Our mission: we provide world-class delighted guest experiences for our guests through food, beverage, art, and meaningful human connection.
Take care of guests through breakfast and lunch service. You set the tone at the table from the greet to the goodbye.
What you will do
- Greet guests within 10 seconds and take drink orders within 2 minutes
- Know the menu and guide guests through it
- Check back every 5 minutes and read what each table needs
- Fix problems on the spot and own the recovery
- Run cash and card payments accurately
- Reset and keep your section clean and stocked
What we are looking for
- Experience serving both breakfast and lunch service is required
- At least 2 years of experience in the role
- Availability at least 3 days per week, 8am to 3pm
- Weekend availability
- Reliable, positive, and steady under a busy rush
Pay and perks
- $16 to $19 per hour, plus tips
- No late nights. Every shift ends by mid-afternoon
